3. Ritual bookings (Puja, Homam, etc.) are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Returns and refunds for divine products are only valid if the item is damaged or defective when delivered.

5. Rituals are done according with traditional Vedic procedures at our specified centers. Devotees will receive confirmation and updates on the date and time of the ceremony.

6. Divine products will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout; anticipated delivery times vary by location and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Service cancellations must be made at least 2 working days in advance and may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for products are only available for defective or damaged items and must be requested within 2 working days after receipt.
