Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sahasrara Divine Rituals strives to provide the greatest possible experience for our consumers while booking sessions or purchasing products. This policy describes the cancellation and refund policies for Puja, Homa (Rituals), and divine product.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 For Ritual Services (Puja and Homa):

  1. 1.1.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the planned service date are eligible for a full refund.
  2. 1.1.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will not get a refund owing to preparation and material costs.

1.2 For Products:

  1. 1.2.1 Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
  2. 1.2.2 Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 For Ritual Services (Puja and Homa):

  1. 2.1.1 If a service is canceled according with the cancellation rules, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  2. 2.1.2 If the service is not finished due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we shall offer a reschedule or issue a refund.

2.2 For Products:

  1. 2.2.1 If an order is canceled before shipping, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
  2. 2.2.2 If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt by contacting our support team and providing proof of the problem.

3. Exceptions

3.1 Non-Refundable Services:

  1. 3.1.1 Donations and sponsorship contributions are not refundable.
  2. 3.1.2 Custom or personalized rituals (Divine Rituals) done on particular requests are not subject to cancellation or refund.

3.2 Non-Refundable Products:

  1. 3.2.1 Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged when delivered.
  2. 3.2.2 Non-refundable items include food offerings, incense, and other fragile things.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Service/ Product

4.2 Provide the following details:

  1. 4.2.1 Order ID or Booking ID
  2. 4.2.2 Reason for cancellation or refund request
  3. 4.2.3 Proof of defect or damage (for products, if applicable)

5. Refund Processing Time

  1. Refunds are normally received within 7 to 10 business days of approval. The time may differ based on your payment type and financial institution.

Changes to This Policy

  1. Sahasrara Divine Rituals has the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any moment. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
