1. Shipping of Services (Homam, Pujas and Rituals)

1.1 Our spiritual services, including Homam, Individual Rituals, and Pujas, are performed at our Yagna center.

1.2 Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email with the ritual schedule and details.

1.3 A recorded version of the ritual will be shared with registered participants within 2 days (48 Hours) after the completion of the service.

1.4 No physical shipment is applicable for spiritual services unless specified.
2. Shipping of Devotional Items

2.1 We offer a selection of small devotional items (such as Rudraksha, Yantras, and Prasad) available for shipping.

2.2 Orders are processed within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

2.3 Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email/ whatsapp notification with tracking details./li>
3. Shipping Locations

3.1 We currently ship to India and Outside India.

3.2 If your location is outside our shipping coverage, please contact us for assistance before placing an order.
4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and item weight.

4.2 The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Estimated Delivery Time

5.1 Domestic Orders: 7 to 10 business days.

5.2 International Orders: 15 to 25 business days, subject to customs clearance.

5.3 Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or transit issues) are beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking

6.1 Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/ whatsapp.

6.2 You can track your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with supporting images.

7.2 We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement/refund).
8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Devotional items once shipped are generally non-returnable due to their sacred nature.

8.2 Refunds or replacements are only provided in case of damage or non-receipt of items.

8.3 No refunds are applicable for Homam, Pujas, or Rituals, once booked and performed.
